Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

• Tracked DPD shipping is €10, free on orders over €75.
• Delivery usually takes between 7-10 working days (we are working on lowering our lead time so some orders may arrive sooner!).
• Free Click & Collect available from the UPPAbaby Hub in Dublin: Eircode is K36 DK87

What happens after you place an order:

1. Order Processing
   From Monday to Friday, our warehouse team picks, packs and prepares your order for dispatch.
2. Dispatch
   Orders typically leave our warehouse within 5 working days of purchase (we're working on getting this lower, so your order may arrive sooner!). During busy periods, it might take a little longer. We'll email you tracking info once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery
   All orders are shipped with DPD, delivery times may vary, but we do aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days of when you place your order.
